Payments are accepted in Serbian dinars (RSD) and euros, with other currencies available by arrangement. We work under a formal contract with detailed specifications and clearly defined project stages, so the scope, schedule and payment milestones are documented before production begins.

Yes. Belgrade and the surrounding areas are our primary service area: we visit the site, clarify the details and prepare the design. If that is more convenient, we can begin remotely — send us measurements and photos, and we will take the final measurements before production.
How long do design and production take?
Timelines depend on the scope, materials and production workload. After the brief, you receive a provisional schedule. Production begins only after the design and specifications have been approved.
Do you provide installation in Serbia?
Yes, we organise production and installation in Serbia. If you already have a contractor, we can prepare design documentation and specifications and provide implementation support.
Do you work outside Belgrade, and how are logistics handled?
We work across Serbia. Delivery, moving items into the property and travel by the installation crew are agreed in advance and included in the quotation or contract, so there are no surprises.
Can I order design or drawings without production?
Yes. You can order a design package — floor plans, 3D visualisations, workshop drawings and specifications — and arrange production with your own manufacturer or in another city.
What documents do I receive, and how does payment work?
We work on a contractual basis. The documentation format and payment terms depend on the scope and legal structure of the project — we choose the most practical arrangement for both parties.
